Kittle, Bosa earn Pro Bowl, All-Pro honors
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and defensive end Nick Bosa have been named to the NFL's Top 100 Players of 2023 list, as voted on by players.
Kittle, who earned his fifth Pro Bowl selection and second All-Pro honor in 2022, ranked 33rd on the list. He caught 93 passes for 1,168 yards and six touchdowns last season, while also contributing as a blocker in the running game.
Bosa, who was named to his third Pro Bowl and second All-Pro team in 2022, ranked 44th on the list. He recorded 18.5 sacks, 35 tackles for loss, and four forced fumbles last season, helping the 49ers reach the NFC Championship Game.
The 49ers had two other players receive votes for the Top 100 list: quarterback Trey Lance (83rd) and wide receiver Deebo Samuel (96th).
The NFL Top 100 Players list is based on votes from players around the league. Players are asked to vote for the 100 best players in the NFL, regardless of position. The results are then tabulated and the top 100 players are announced.
Kittle and Bosa are two of the most important players on the 49ers roster. They are both Pro Bowl-caliber players who have helped the team achieve success in recent years. Kittle is one of the best tight ends in the NFL, while Bosa is one of the best pass rushers in the league.
The 49ers are hoping that Kittle and Bosa can continue to play at a high level in 2023. The team is looking to make a Super Bowl run this season, and Kittle and Bosa will be key to the team's success.
