Bridges Led the Way for Phoenix

Mikal Bridges led the Phoenix Suns with 20 points in a 112-111 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night. Bridges was 8-of-15 from the field and 4-of-8 from three-point range.

The Suns fell to 3-4 on the season with the loss. Deandre Ayton added 19 points and 11 rebounds for Phoenix, while Chris Paul had 18 points and 10 assists.

The Grizzlies were led by Ja Morant, who had 29 points and 8 assists. Desmond Bane added 25 points, and Jaren Jackson Jr. had 20 points and 10 rebounds.

The Suns led by 10 points with less than four minutes remaining in the game, but the Grizzlies rallied to tie the score with 1:14 remaining. Morant hit a jumper to give the Grizzlies the lead with 37 seconds remaining, and the Suns were unable to answer.

The Suns will look to bounce back on Friday night when they host the New Orleans Pelicans.
