Saturday PM Storm Tracker Forecast
Central Texas Will See More Rain
AUSTIN, Texas—A few storms have popped up on radar for Williamson County. These will likely drift north and east through the early evening. More rain is expected to develop in the Hill Country later this evening and continue overnight. Tomorrow morning will be wet as the rain shifts southeast, but should start to taper off in the late morning hours.
Stay Weather Aware as Rain Continues
The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio issued a Flash Flood Watch for several counties in our area, including Hays, Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, and Caldwell counties. This watch is in effect until 7 am Sunday. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not drive through flooded areas.
The rain will likely cause some travel delays on Sunday morning. If possible, you may want to make alternate plans to avoid driving during the worst of the rain.
