Shaedon Sharpe scored a career-high 25 points to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 113-105 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Monday night.

Sharpe, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft, was 10-of-16 from the field and 5-of-8 from three-point range. He also added six rebounds and three assists in 33 minutes of action.

The Trail Blazers have now won three straight games after starting the season 0-2. Sharpe has been a key part of that success, averaging 19.3 points per game on 52.4% shooting from the field.

In addition to Sharpe's big night, Damian Lillard added 22 points and 10 assists, while Jerami Grant scored 20 points. Trae Young led the Hawks with 28 points and 11 assists, but he also committed eight turnovers.

The Trail Blazers took control of the game in the third quarter, outscoring the Hawks 36-22. Sharpe scored 13 points in the period, including a pair of three-pointers.

The Hawks never got closer than four points in the fourth quarter. Lillard and Grant made key plays down the stretch to seal the victory.

The Trail Blazers will look to continue their winning streak on Wednesday night when they host the Utah Jazz.
