Virat Kohli in good shape, no major concern with KL Rahul
Kohli
Virat Kohli was dismissed cheaply in India's second innings against Australia in the first Test in Nagpur, but the team management has said that there is no major concern over his form.
"Virat is a world-class player and we have full faith in his abilities," said head coach Rahul Dravid.
"He is just one innings away from getting a big score and we are sure that he will come good in the next match."
Rahul
KL Rahul also had a poor outing in the first Test, scoring just 20 and 17 in two innings.
However, the team management is backing Rahul to come good in the remaining three Tests.
"KL is a quality player and we know that he has the ability to score runs at the international level," said Dravid.
"He has been working hard in the nets and we are confident that he will find his form soon."
India's batting
India's batting has been a concern in recent months, with the team struggling to post big scores on a consistent basis.
However, the team management is confident that the batsmen will come good in the remaining Tests against Australia.
"We have a good batting line-up and we know that we can score runs against any team," said Dravid.
"We just need to be more consistent and we are sure that we will be able to do that in the next match."
